Penny's favorite food on the Planet is Salsa and then 2nd would be a Caprese Salad. I developed my love for Salsa when I lived in Arizona. And of course the Caprese Salad in Italy.
To make your own Caprese Salad just buy Mozzerella at your local Supermarket and slice it on Vine Ripened Tomato slices and pour on Olive Oil and then Salt. You can garnish with Basil or Oregano.
This is a crowd favorite with Company as an Appetizer.
