Chipotle Salsa

INGREDIENTS
1 can (15 oz.) whole tomatoes, drained or approx 8 to 10 fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 tablespoons of chopped jalapeņos (I like it hot!!)
1 tsp. fresh oregano
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. minced chipotle pepper
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1 tsp. red-wine vinegar
Pinch of red chili flakes

PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into covered container. refrigerate up to 1 week. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Great with a nice glass of Sangria!
